DESARROLLO DE HABILIDADES DE LIDERAZGO POR MEDIO DEL COACHING: UN ANÁLISIS CRÍTICO

Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación es identificar, por medio de una metodología mixta que incluye pruebas de 360 grados, pruebas de perfil de comportamiento y observaciones de comportamiento, el efecto que tiene el coaching en la formación de habilidades de liderazgo debido a que para algunos expertos existe aún muy poca evidencia que permita evaluar si el coaching es efectivo. De esta manera, se busca realizar un aporte al conocimiento y sentar las bases para estructurar programas de formación de liderazgo a nivel académico y empresarial bajo la metodología del coaching.
